Created and piloted through the Bloomberg Innovation Training Program, the Mobile Engagement Unit (MEU) is an agile tool that allows City employees to build in-place connections with residents through creative engagement activities. The MEU is currently managed through the City Manager's Office and plays a critical role in the City's youth engagement, place-based strategies, and violence interruption efforts.
