I'm Kait; a designer, artist, and public servant focused on bringing a people-centered approach to government services.
I currently work for the City of Cincinnati government as the Human-Centered Design Lead in the City Manager's Office, helping ensure that City services are centered on community experiences and needs.
Outside of my day job, I'm a progressive artist working to bring light to important issues around equity and justice through digital illustration and lettering.

I'm a proud 2020 New Leaders Council (NLC) Fellow and currently serve as the Southwest Ohio Chapter Co-Director and Communications Chair. NLC is a national organization working to build progressive power by training and supporting local leaders to create real, impactful change in their communities.
